All details are confidential while input on the Internet and then sent to us using secure data encryption software. This means that all data input on our site is coded and can only be decoded by us.
PAYMENT: can be made using any Visa or Mastercard credit card or by Switch /Solo or Delta debit card. If your delivery address is outside the UK payment can only be taken by credit card.
Prices include VAT. VAT will be charged at current rate for orders placed within the countries of the EU (European Union), and also paid for from within the EU.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

We can deliver goods to destinations within and outside the UK.
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days in most circumstances. For international orders please allow up to 10 working days.
We will make every effort to deliver within these timescales but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the time stated, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

We will be happy to reimburse your purchase costs (including 2nd Class postage to return the product) or exchange the items you are not satisfied with – just contact our Customer Service desk or email us at email@example.com to receive explicit disposal instructions. All we ask is that you return the goods promptly and complete a short customer survey to help us identify your issue and track it through to a successful resolution. In all cases, as part of our end-to-end commitment to Quality and your ‘Bodywise’ shopping experience, you will receive notification of our findings.
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchange complete assembly items for purchases not made directly from us because we need to collect environmental and storage conditions data at the site from which the product was purchased. However, we will gladly replace defective dispensing system components, free of charge, irrespective of where you purchased our product.

How do I return a product not purchased directly from Bodywise Ltd?
Bodywise cannot accept liability to refund customers whose goods were not purchased directly from us. Products purchased in-store or from a non-Bodywise website should be returned to where the product was purchased in accordance with the Terms of Conditions agreed with the vendor. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
If I’m an retailer, how do I return goods, which customers have returned to me?
Bodywise only accepts liability to refund customers for goods purchased directly from us. Simply complete the on-line customer survey report detailing the circumstances leading to the return of the goods AND the environmental and storage conditions at your site.
Each submission will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Bodywise accepts liability for all attributable failures resulting in products failing to meet expected Quality or performance criteria, where attributable failures are defined as those failures caused by defective materials or substandard Quality controls during the manufacturing process. Retailers will be offered a full refund (including 2nd Class postage for individual items) or exchange of the returned goods. For multiple or bulk returns, the means by which the defective items are to be returned must be agreed with Bodywise logistical staff prior to dispatch. In all cases, agents will be required to complete a short Customer Survey detailing the nature of the failure and conditions in which the product is stored on site.
How do I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after you receive the product providing the tamperproof seal remains unbroken – simply contact our Customer Service department who will advise you of the next step and provide you with the return address for your unwanted goods. You may also cancel your order at any time prior to the order being processed. In the event that your order has been processed and dispatched, transportation costs are non-refundable. However, if your order has not been dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Please note that Bodywise is a ‘lean’ organisation and will usually process and dispatch your order on the same day it is received. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may to refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
